1 Introduction and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a valid and binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and jp9p ("Platform", "We"), operating under international licensing. This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the jp9p platform, including but not limited to account registration, use of gaming services, financial transactions, and the receipt of bonuses or promotions.

By accessing or using any part of the jp9p platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the related Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you are not permitted to use this platform.

2 Registration and Account Management

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

jp9p provides a range of secure and fast payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. All transactions are processed through systems protected with encryption:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods without exception.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the request is approved.
• Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Players are required to use payment methods registered in their own name. Use of third-party accounts for deposit or withdrawal purposes is prohibited and may result in account suspension and the holding of any remaining balance.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonus and promotion offers provided by jp9p are subject to the stated wagering requirements. Players are responsible for understanding these conditions before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: jp9p offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Wagering requirement RM150 × 25 = RM3,750.
• Example: Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Account balance RM3,700 → Wagering requirement RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

Winnings obtained from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met. jp9p reserves the right to cancel any bonus if a player is found to have abused the promotion system or used wagering strategies deemed inappropriate at the platform's discretion.

5 Player Conduct and Acceptable Use

Players are expected to use the jp9p platform in a responsible and ethical manner. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of any automated software, bots, or third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, or exploit any vulnerability in the platform's systems.
• Use of the platform for any money laundering activity or suspicious financial transactions.
• Sharing account login information with other individuals.
• Fraud or providing false information to the support team or jp9p.

8 Account Termination and Agreement

jp9p also reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including in cases where a player is found to have violated any term in this agreement. 9 Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws applicable under the international licence under which jp9p operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms will be resolved through an agreed arbitration process, or through a court of competent jurisdiction.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the jp9p platform complies with local laws applicable in their area of residence. jp9p makes no guarantee or representation that use of this platform is lawful under the laws of all jurisdictions.
